With just one click, customers can upgrade their orders for added peace of mind. If the customer is unable to attend for one of the reasons below they can receive a full refund directly from the protection company meaning the event organiser keeps the full ticket revenue and the customer is looked after.
How does it work?
We take care of all communication with the protection provider, making sure customer details are properly shared and tracked. Plus, we send customers their personalised claim portal URL in their confirmation email - zero extra work for event organisers.
You are unable to attend your booking due to any of the reasons listed below, and you can provide the refund protection company with the required evidence.
