* PAYMENT PROCESSING: We use Stripe, a payment process company trusted by millions of businesses across the globe. It means your customers can buy tickets safely and we can process your payouts securely. The payment processors fee is external to Online Ticket Seller and helps to take payments online via credit or debit cards. Organisers can choose to absorb or pass the fees to the customer. The fee listed in the table applies to standard consumer cards, please note that payments made with premium, commercial or business cards may incur a higher fee, as determined by Stripe. We offer dozens of additional features that are not listed above or may not immediately be available on your account. If you require a specific feature, please contact us, and if it is available, we will activate it for you. ** Microsite / Ticket Shop: Create a dedicated landing page for your business, such as: https://euafc.onlineticketseller.com. This microsite allows you to showcase all your events, products, and services in one place. Instead of generating a separate URL for each event, you can use this single, custom URL for marketing and direct all visitors to a unified page. Additionally, your Ticket Shop includes a separate login system for your customers. Unlike the main Online Ticket Seller account, anyone who purchases tickets from you will be registered exclusively to your Ticket Shop. All fees listed above are charged per ticket, product or donation. All registered charities and accounts with a high monthly income (£50K+) should contact Stripe directly to inquire about potential rate discounts.

BOOKING FEES ‎

We don’t charge any subscription fees, just a small fee per ticket sold. This fee can either be added to the ticket price and covered by the customer, meaning the system costs you nothing, or it can be absorbed by the event organiser. Free events have no fee, though there’s a limit to the number of free tickets per event/account.

PRODUCTS / MERCHANDISE

Our system allows event organisers to promote and sell products or merchandise directly on the event page. This feature is designed to seamlessly integrate with your event, making it easy for attendees to purchase items while enjoying the experience.

REGISTERED CHARITIES ‎

For all registered charities, we offer a reduced rate on our fees. To qualify for this rate, a valid ‘Registered Charity Number’ must be provided. This ensures we can support your organisation while keeping things simple and straightforward for your ticketing needs.

DONATIONS ‎

If you’re collecting donations for a registered charity, our system offers an easy way to add a donation option to each event page or during the checkout process. Additionally, the option to add ‘Gift Aid’ is available, allowing you to further support your charity’s cause.

BOX OFFICE ‎

Most packages include full access to our integrated box office, making ticket sales and payments seamless. All transactions go through your Stripe account, with no third-party hassle. Cash and bank transfer sales are also supported, with monthly invoicing for any applicable fees.

What fees does Online Ticket Seller charge for ticket sales?

Online Ticket Seller offers various plans to suit all business types. Our fee can be seen at the top of each plan at the top of the table. The fee is split into payment to Online Ticket Seller which includes VAT, and the processing fee paid directly to our processing partner, Stripe. Organisers can choose whether to absorb these fees or pass them on to the customer.

When will I receive my money?

All transactions on our platform are processed using Stripe. Stripe provides a simple way for individuals and businesses to accept card payments, with all payments processed and deposited directly in to your bank account. You can withdraw these funds as soon as they have cleared, meaning you don’t have to wait until your event has ended. This gives you more flexibility in managing your event finances, including the option to access funds in advance.

Can I customise the appearance of my event page?

Yes, Online Ticket Seller allows event organisers to customise their event pages to align with their branding and event specifics.

How can I promote my event through Online Ticket Seller?

Online Ticket Seller provides tools to share your event across various platforms, including social media integration and email marketing options, to help maximise your event's reach.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can sell for my event?

There is no specified limit to the number of tickets you can sell for a paid event. However, for free events, there may be a limit on the number of free tickets per event/account; organisers should discuss specifics with their account manager.

How can attendees access their tickets after purchase?

Attendees will receive their tickets via email immediately after purchase. They can print the tickets or present them digitally at the event for entry.

What support is available if I encounter issues using Online Ticket Seller?

What’s the difference between adding a booking fee on top of a ticket price and including it within the price?

If you add the booking fee on top, the ticket buyer will see two separate amounts: the ticket price and the booking fee. If you include the booking fee in the ticket price, the buyer will see one total amount. In both cases, as the event organiser, you receive the ticket price minus the booking fee.

Can I pass booking and processing fees on to customers?

Yes, Online Ticket Seller allows you to choose who covers the booking and processing fees – you or your ticket buyers. When setting up your event, you can decide whether to absorb the fees yourself or pass them on to your customers. The choice is entirely yours.

How long will it take to set up?

Once you submit an application form, we aim to have your account set up within 2 hours during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). While our team also works outside these hours, setup may take slightly longer during evenings or weekends. We are committed to delivering a smooth and efficient experience, whenever you get in touch.
