Ticket Sales
• All ticket sales are final
• Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced
Event Changes
• The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event, including date, time, venue, schedule, format, or lineup where necessary
• Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund
Cancellation or Postponement
• In the event of cancellation, the organiser will determine whether tickets are refunded, credited, or transferred
• If postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date
• The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs
Force Majeure
• The organiser is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including weather, government restrictions, venue issues, strikes, illness outbreaks, or other unforeseen events)
Right of Refusal
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for disruptive behaviour, intoxication, harassment, illegal activity, or failure to follow venue or staff instructions. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Attendee Responsibility
• Attendees enter at their own risk and are responsible for personal belongings
• Attendees must follow venue rules and any health and safety requirements in place at the time
Photography & Media
• The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, ticket holders consent to the use of images or footage for promotional and marketing purposes
Liability
• The organiser’s liability is limited to the ticket price paid
• The organiser is not responsible for indirect losses, including travel, accommodation, or loss of income

• Purchasing a ticket constitutes agreement to these terms
