Online Ticket Seller was the Managing Directors concept which was thought of while managing various venues in the UK. He felt there were many ways the box office solutions available online could be improved, inspiring the creation of Online Ticket Seller.
Following 18 months of market research and receiving feedback from many promoters, event managers and venue managers, we were ready to launch the business. Our first priority was to create a user friendly website that is clear, quick and simple to use by all. Our clients agreed that this was achieved and we are now planning many site and app developments that will offer further benefits to both clients and customers.
